How It Works

  2. Create your signature. Choose Draw, Type, or Upload Signature. For typed signatures, pick a font and adjust ink strength, sharpness, and weight. For a photo, use clean white paper and good light, then fine-tune the cutout.
  3. Add initials and a date (optional). Make a smaller initials stamp for each page, and switch on the date stamp to place today’s date beside your signature.
  4. Place it. Drag the stamp onto the page, resize it from a corner, and rotate it with the top handle. Use Add to this page to repeat it on other pages.

Security & Privacy

Your PDF is encrypted in transit and deleted after processing. Uploaded signature photos and their cutouts are kept only as temporary files and removed within about ten minutes. If you tick Remember my signature on this device, it’s stored in your own browser only, not uploaded and not tied to an account.
