PdfPeaks Receipt Maker recalculates quantity × unit price, discount, tax, and the grand total in your browser as you type — there is no round-trip to the server for arithmetic, so a mistyped rate shows up in the preview immediately. Download is a free A4 PDF with no watermark and no login wall. Sign in only if you want persistence: a brand kit (logo, NTN, invoice prefix), a history of issued documents, and a monthly income versus expense rollup. Mark a document as Sale when you charged a customer and Expense when you paid a vendor so the monthly report stays honest. Issued unpaid sales appear as outstanding and are not counted in net until you mark them Paid.

How It Works

Export uses the same HTML as the live preview through the site’s HTML-to-PDF path. Signed-in users can tick Save to my account; guests still get the file.

Tips for Best Results

Server-side totals are recomputed on save so a tampered browser total cannot inflate income. Partial payments are reserved in the database for a later release — v1 is paid in full or issued unpaid.
