Rotate PDF turns selected pages or a whole document 90, 180 or 270 degrees in the browser. It changes the page rotation instead of re-rendering the page, so text and images keep their quality. Upload a PDF, pick pages in the preview grid, apply the angle, then download.

A page that opens sideways is not a damaged file. It usually means the scanner or phone stored the sheet in portrait while the content was landscape, or the other way round. Security & Privacy

Your PDF is used only to build the rotated copy you download. It is not stored in an account, published or shared, and the upload is deleted from the server after processing.

Tips for Best Results

  • Trust the preview, not the click count. The thumbnail shows the result including the page’s existing rotation, so a page that already sits at 90 degrees may need only one more turn.
  • Select a group, then apply once. Rotating a page individually twenty times is slower and easier to get wrong than selecting twenty pages and applying 90 degrees.
  • Rotation is not flipping. If text reads backwards, the page is mirrored. Turn it upright first, then mirror the content with a flip tool.
  • Only changed pages are rewritten. Save is enabled once at least one page has a rotation, and pages without changes are copied untouched.
  • Check the preview again before saving. A page that still looks wrong in the grid will still be wrong in the download.
  • Rotation does not fix a crooked scan. A page photographed at an angle needs a deskew or crop, not a 90-degree turn.
  • Plan the next step. If you are going to OCR, merge or reorganise the file, rotate first so later tools work on upright pages.
