How to use these CV examples

A sample is a starting structure, not a script. Each page shows a complete CV with a profile, experience, skills, and education, so you can see how the sections fit together before you write your own. The Word download keeps the same layout and stays editable.

  1. Pick the closest role. If your title is not listed, start with the sample that matches the work — for example, use the customer service sample for a support or call-centre role.
  2. Download the Word file. Open it in Microsoft Word or Google Docs and replace the fictional name, contact details, and employer.
  3. Rewrite the bullets with your numbers. Keep the structure but replace every result with something true from your own work.
  4. Switch templates if the job portal parses CVs. The CV maker lets you move from a visual layout to ATS Simple without retyping.

Need a different job title? The CV maker starts from a sample too, and you can change every section.
